A deposit may be required to secure your bike purchase. This amount is applied directly towards your final balance. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of collection. If the balance has not been paid in full prior to or upon collection of the bike, you will not be permitted to take the bike off the premises. These terms vary for those wishing to take out a finance deal, please get in touch to discuss finance options.

Refund & Cancellation Rules

All deposits are strictly non-refundable to cover lost business and preparation time. If you cancel your order after you have paid the deposit, you will forfeit the deposit.

Failing to show up and collect the bike without notice may result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit. Failing to collect the bike 2 weeks after the agreed date will result in the complete forfeiture of the deposit.
